Digital Design
On this page I want to give you a short overview of some digital works. I also want to show you how I combine the digital with the physical.
01
The Denim basics
- The denim jacket, including topstitching, facing and buttons.
- A variation on a denim pants, including pockets, buton, fly zipper, topstitching and fraying on the bottom.

Digital Influence
This is a digital interpretation of my work during the Atelier Project Influence.
Here you can see the dress-shape walking in Clo3D Animation.
You can also see the dress, including lights and lasercuts as a rendered picture.
03
Embroidery in Clo3D
This is a small side project where I made embroidery in real life and then implemented it into a digital design.
Here you can see a 3D rendered animation of the skirt and top I made during the Balenciaga Studio project.
This skirt is completely build in Clo3D, then made in Calico in Real life. After the real life fitting additional editing on the patterns are done in Clo3D, after which I made a new Toile and so on.
The top I also made in clo3D, as soon as the basic top fit, I made new slash lines using the 3D pen creating a different pattern.
These would be good examples of how the digital and the physical can work together, influencing and complimenting each other.

Illusion "It could all be a lie"
This collection is about illusion in Fashion and Fashion's obsession with thinness.
Illusion is everywhere in our society, making us lose touch with reality and convincing us we need to be thin to be accepted, desired and loved. By exaggerating this effect in my designs, the body slowly disappears.

For my final project, Digital Traces, I created a fully digital fashion collection and animated film that explores the evolution of digital identity through profile pictures. The project captures the journey from concealment to playful engagement with the digital self, reflecting on how we present ourselves online. I'm proud to share that this work received a 9, and it will be showcased at the Circular Textile Conference in Den Haag (September) and Fashion Clash in Maastricht (November).
