Specialization Digital Design

This is a program at AMFI called: Hypercraft. It is a Specialization into Digital Design. During this project I chose the direction Cyber Tailoring, which means I investigated and focused on the connection between digital and physical design.

For this I made:

- 5 digital outfits, textured using Substance Painter, rendered in Blender.

- 1 physical outfit, a twin of one of my 5 looks.

- A techpack, using Clo3D to create more clarity.

- A fabric portfolio, 2 scanned in and tested out fabrics, ready to use in Clo3D.

- A collection book, here in the form of a video (see video on the left).

This collection is about illusion in Fashion and Fashion's obsession with thinness.
Illusion is everywhere in our society, making us lose touch with reality and convincing us we need to be thin to be accepted, desired and loved. By exaggerating this effect in my designs, the body slowly disappears.
